como deixar de fumar nas terras altas

Diz-se que, depois do primeiro dia, o sétimo dia é o mais difícil, mas eu acho que é o décimo. Como o fumo sobe das terras baixas em direcção aos picos onde é proibido fumar, é ver então toda a gente a caminho das montanhas para fumadores.
